About Me

 

I am a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, with over 25 years’ experience working across community and inpatient services. I have a post graduate diploma in Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health from Trinity College Dublin. 

 

My work has involved assessment, care planning, and supporting families through a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, neurodevelopmental concerns, and complex family situations.

 

I have extensive experience working within Irish services, including CAMHS, Primary Care, and multidisciplinary teams, and I understand how challenging it can be for parents to access the right support at the right time.

 

This service is independent and parent-focused, offering clear guidance based on clinical experience and systems knowledge.
